John started a career as an entrepreneur at age 12, running candy machines with a loan from his father. Since then, he's not only started 12 companies on his own, but also grown to help numerous companies grow well beyond their potential. He believes creating a successful brand and company lies in the ability to push beyond personal limitations, a process through which he helps create brands that are uniquely honest.

John advises clients on enacting the brand strategy that the Territory team develops as well as finding those alliances with other organizations or influencers. He has taken brands from the drawing room floor to $70 million in annual sales. But, don't be surprised if you speak with him whil he's outdoors hiking, walking or running. John not only has the street creds that come from more than 30 years of direct experience building companies and brands, but he also holds a BA from Syracuse University and MBA from Columbia Business School.

RAYAN PARIKH 
Brand & Business Strategy

Rayan is a seasoned Brand Strategist with over 15 years global experience in corporate, service, product and experiential branding. He has led engagements with over thirty Fortune 500 companies to help grow, launch and redefine brands and brand experiences. He is a specialist in corporate brand strategy & architecture, sensory identity systems, product / environmental sonification and brand architecture, and has expertise across financial services, technology & communications, retail, distribution & transportation.

Most recently, Rayan was the Executive Director of Strategy at Straightline International, and has also led brand strategy teams and engagements at Elias Arts and FutureBrand New York. He holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a degree in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Francesco Zabban
Digital & Design Strategy

Living and breathing all things digital for all his life, Francesco has built online strategies for clients such as Google, Samsung, Spotify, Maserati, Geox and many more.

Thanks to his experience in design thinking and user interaction, Francesco tackles all areas of digital experiences by always putting people at the center of his processes. His comprehensive approach has helped his clients to adopt strategies that span from branding, targeting and market positioning to content design, campaign planning and digital activations.

Francesco earned his Master’s Degree at Hyper Island Digital Media Management and Communication and Media Sciences.
